There are thousands of crazy diets out there. I am amazed by how often I see new diet fads coming up. It is vital that we realize, diets don’t change us… complete lifestyle changes make the difference. That is why I am eating clean. For more information on this you can view:

I am also looking more into my activity. I enjoy zumba and I also actually like the challenge of going to the gym and using all the machines for abs and legs. If anyone has some fun exercise tips, I am open to those ideas. This journey has been great so far and it has only been a few weeks since I really started. I am so thankful for the support I have gotten from family and friends. I really wish that others have such a great support system.
