My cleansing experience was great. It was a good thing for me. I have been unable to go to the gym to check my weight loss yet so I cannot post the results but I do feel as though I lost some weight. I will be checking tomorrow morning. Since the cleanse ended on Saturday, I have been keeping low on portion size and eating natural. Sunday I ate out with friends from church and had salmon and veggies. Monday I baked squash and made some green beans. Yesterday I made a delicious vegetable soup (recipe below). I am going to be starting my vitamin routine soon, I just ordered Vitamin D and Oregano Oil. Amazing benefits in both, check into them and see if they might be something you would like to add into your routine. I am so enjoying this weight loss journey. I feel as thought I am 1/3 of the way to my goal but I will see tomorrow.
