I am halfway through my cleanse and I feel great! I am not going to the bathroom like crazy, I am not feeling hungry, my stomach does not feel quezy, I am not having cravings. I do have a milano cookie from a friend of mine saved though for the end of this cleanse, YUM! I need to find a healthy recipe for those. I have been solely eating fruits and veggies during this cleanse. I am been drinking water and some hot tea without sugar or cream. I have been going to the gym as often as I have been able to working on cardio and some leg strength. My goal with my entire weight loss journey is 30 lbs. I want to have a comfortable pant size of 4/6. My weight when I started this cleanse was 174 and my pant size is a 10/12. In no way am I saying that I think I will lose 30 pounds on a 10 day cleanse, that would be extremely unhealthy. This is just my jump start. I will post the end weight after the cleanse ends, as well as an overall view of the cleanse. I will then post about weekly eats and activity I am doing to continue in this journey of weight loss. I believe in being the BEST you can be as an individual. I think that I let my health issues scare me and I made all these random goals of what I wanted to do and how I could do it. That ended up in me doing nothing for a long period of time, and seeing no results. I urge anyone who is in a journey of losing weight to evaluate their lifestyle and priorities, then do some research on healthy ways to loose weight and see what you think will work for you. Most importantly, when you decide… Commit fully. You deserve it.
